Through trainings and clearly detailed policies, companies and organizations can create environments where mental health is not only accommodated, but welcomed. Employees will not only feel more appreciated, but will have the knowledge they need to care for themselves and others. Think of it like diet, exercise, and emergency response training for the mind.

After a Bipolar II diagnosis and many failed attempts at making a traditional job fit my moods, I began exploring how to work despite my illness. While on this journey, I began writing over at The Beloved Space, where I shared what I was learning about taking care of myself. The love, support, and general interest sparked the idea to take my message of mental stability into the corporate world.

From there, I began working with mental health professionals, health insurance consultatns and attorneys to craft trainings and materials designed to create meaningful change in company envionrments.

Outside of mental health speaking and consulting, I work with professional speakers to grow their business and influence at Sparkworth.

‘I love working for a company that is so progressive and open in employee health care. I feel more comfortable and valued as an employee.”
